Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of transportation services provided by Siam Sydney Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or utilizing our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Siam Sydney Services offers the following transportation services:

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off in Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, and Brisbane QLD

  • One-day trips in Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, and Brisbane QLD

  • Car rental services from our partners in NSW and VIC

  • Removalist services within the Greater Sydney area

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our LINE official account or Facebook page.

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • By paying a deposit, the customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

  • These terms and conditions govern all service agreements between Siam Sydney Services and the customer. No other terms will apply.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation terms and conditions only apply to bookings with a value of less than $150.

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days (120 hrs) before the scheduled service will receive a deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days (120 hrs) before the scheduled service incur a cancellation fee up to 100%     of the deposit.

  • Cancellations of a booking with a value of more than $150 are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup and drop-off locations, contact details, and any special requirements.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passengers are ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.

  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

6. Liability

  • Siam Sydney Services is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

  • Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

  • All cars come with Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance and Comprehensive car insurance, covering legal liability for all passengers and drivers who have been injured during an incident.

 

7. Conduct

  • Clients and passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk or engages in inappropriate behavior.

 

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Australian privacy laws.

 

9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
