Job 1 : Siam Sydney services, Thai/Australian transportation services provider, ABN 76 685 495 925, is looking for experienced Thai-speaking marketing specialist to help us in supporting the growth of our Siam Sydney Holding Group.

Position Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for content creation, social media management, marketing plan development, digital advertising and strategic development of existing and upcoming Siam Sydney Services products.

 

Key responsibilities

- Undertook business planning, sales and marketing strategies and promotions. 

- Designed, implemented, and managed advertising policies and campaigns aligned with sales objectives. 

- Provided strategic advice to directors and clients to effectively reach target markets and enhance consumer awareness of products and services. 

- Oversaw the production of advertising campaigns as well as coordinating activities such as copywriting, artwork, media scripting, and TV/film production within budget and time constraints. 

- Analyzed consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends to guide advertising and marketing decisions, and presented in the monthly meeting. 

- Conducted in-depth market research to assess demand and seek opportunities for new and existing products and services both online and on-site. 

- Developed and executed marketing strategies, policies, and programs to drive business growth and development including collaboration with various partners. 

- Advised on key marketing aspects, including product offerings, pricing strategies, advertising initiatives, sales promotions, and distribution channels.

 

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role.
- Strong skills in graphic design and content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with website content management systems 
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager).
- SEO knowledge and website optimisation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Experience in new product development projects within industries such as education, tour & travelling, Thai businesses.
- Creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Fluent in Thai and English languages

Position Summary

As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers and clients.

​

Key responsibilities

- Safely transport passengers to their destinations

- Maintain positive interaction with passengers and assist them with general enquiries

- Be competent in using mobile applications to communicate with passengers and navigate the route

- Flexible and available to drive for early flights or late night flights (mostly TG, QF, SQ, JQ, TR, AK)

To be considered you will :

- Hold a NSW full license - A must

- Hold a passenger transportation license code

- Experiences in ridesharing services will be beneficial

- Fluent in Thai and competent in English

- Own one type of car as follows; Tesla Model Y, SUV MY newer than 2020, peoplemover, and van, (rental car is ok) with comprehensive insurance policy
